Data Manager

Chaucer School is about to join Mercia Learning Trust and will open in September 2026 as Mercia Northridge School, the eighth school to join our trust. 

Role

We are seeking to appoint a highly efficient and enthusiastic data manager.​ You will join a school that is building an incredible culture to become the best school in the north of Sheffield.

As data manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining accurate and reliable data related to pupil academic performance, alongside ensuring our management information system is kept up to date.

You will be responsible for managing and analysing pupil data, generating reports, and supporting the academic team in making data-driven decisions. Additionally, you will be required to keep pupil details updated in Bromcom, including managing the timetable.

IT Technician

Role

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic IT Technician.​ You will join a school that is building an incredible culture to become the best school in the north of Sheffield.

Duties will include prioritising, diagnosing and resolving day to day problems relating to hardware and software; carrying out maintenance, modification and installation of IT equipment; administering user accounts, maintaining records and assisting end users.

Mercia Learning Trust

Mercia Learning Trust is a successful partnership of four primary and three secondary schools located in Sheffield, and will soon be joined by our eighth school, Mercia Northridge. Established in 2012, with one secondary school, our trust has grown to serving over 5000 pupils, with 650 staff.
