Published 24/09/24School nurses will be attending schools to vaccinate students with the Seasonal Flu Vaccine starting from September 2024.
Please visit https://www.sheffieldchildrensvaccinations.co.uk/Forms/Flu to complete the consent form. The option to consent or decline the vaccination is at the end of the questionnaire so please complete this even if you do not want your child to have the vaccination.
The nasal flu vaccine contains products derived from pigs (porcine gelatine). To opt for the gelatine-free inactive injection, select ‘NO’ on the nasal spray option and you will be given further options to choose.

Published 16/09/24Chaucer warmly invites all parents / carers of children in primary schools to our annual Open Evening. Taking place on Monday 30th September 2024 from 4pm - 6.30pm.
We will be holding two information sessions led by our Headteacher, Mrs Crewe. These will take place at the following times: Session 1: 4.30pm and Session 2: 5.30pm.
This is also a great opportunity for families to meet some of our staff and tour the school facilities.
