Friday 20th December 2024, Chaucer School will close to all students at 12.20pm.

To promote reading for pleasure and to encourage our pupils to read more broadly, we are having a school book fair on Wednesday 8th and Thursday 9th January 2025.
Join us this week for fun-filled Festive activities! Starting tomorrow!
Please remember school will close at 12.20pm on Friday and all grab bags will need to be ordered at the main office by lunchtime on Thursday.

After long discussions with the student council, they’ve decided that the 12th of December is Christmas Jumper/Culture Day with a non-uniform option. We’d really like to see all students in either a Christmas jumper over non-uniform, or something that represents their culture or celebrations as part of a non-uniform choice. Students might decide to dress in flag colours of a country they are connected to. We look forward to seeing students in celebratory clothes and colours as we join the national Christmas Jumper Day fundraising effort for Save The Children fund. Suggested donation is a pound; please pay what you can afford.
